1. Less than 50% of the negative items worked on were removed during the full duration of your program (3 to 6 months), and
2. You had at least four (4) qualifying negative items on your credit report at the time of enrollment, and
3. You have not used any other credit repair agency, and have not attempted self-repair, within one (1) year prior to enrolling, and
4. You maintained uninterrupted access to credit monitoring throughout the program, with no login issues, password changes, or service pauses, and
5. You did not miss or skip any payments during the program, if enrolled in a monthly plan, and
6. You consistently provided updated credit reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion within 5 days of receiving them, and
7. You completed the full program term (3–6 months) without early cancellation, pausing, or failing to respond to communication, and
8. There were no measurable changes to your credit report, and no deletions were achieved after full program completion.

Gateway Allegiant reserves the right to deny any refund that does not meet all of the above conditions.
Clients must remain active, responsive, and provide documentation in a timely manner.
Refunds are not available if you cancel before completing the program or fail to comply with program terms.
Buy Now, Pay Later and internal payment plan clients are still responsible for fulfilling full payment obligations.
